چکیده

To address challenges such as the complex correlations among multiple parameters during modeling process of plant factory transplanters, large differences between simulations and actual models, difficulties in data acquisition processing, this paper proposes concept a Plant Factory Transplanter (PFT) digital twin five-dimensional model based on research transplanters. The PFT builds traditional 3D includes physical entities, virtual services, data, connecting interactions. This study delves deeply into connotations construction methods from five aspects entity, connections, illustrates implementation steps effects each link. Finally, practical examples application are presented scenarios. approach for transplanters twins can monitor working status online evaluate effectiveness transplantation. method overcomes problems poor adaptability difficulty updating thus improving efficiency monitoring optimizing configuration parameters. Moreover, generated entities more intuitively reflected control interface, significantly reducing reliance equipment operators relevant professional skills. In future, proposed is expected to be further refined optimized, with creation tools scenarios studied. Application will also conducted meet different requirements.

A plant factory for moth pheromone production

Moths depend on pheromone communication for mate finding and synthetic pheromones are used for monitoring or disruption of pheromone communication in pest insects. Here we produce moth sex pheromone, using Nicotiana benthamiana as a plant factory, by transient expression of up to four genes coding for consecutive biosynthetic steps. We specifically produce multicomponent sex pheromones for two ...

Light Environment Optimization for Lettuce Growth in Plant Factory

Plant factory is a crop production system which is isolated from outside environment. Fluorescent lamp is popularly used in the plant factory, however, the spectrum of fluorescent light is broad and some portion of them is not necessary for photosynthesis. On the other hand, LED (light emitting diode) has narrow band width and is getting common these days. The final goal of this project was to ...

Conceptual Model for Management of Digital Factory Simulation Information

Digital Factory (DF) aims at proposing simulation tools to design a product and its production system in parallel. Nevertheless, DF is marked by the multiplicity and heterogeneity of simulation models that are used, that slows down its usage in industry. We propose in this paper a conceptual model to manage the different simulation information created and manipulated through a DF project. This ...
